Oh well i dont think all ppl that xrelm now will create New Accounts cause they have high leveld Toons and they have to do all levels and so on. And IP checking isnt that Hard. Mayb a Lot of work But think enough ppl will help

When the devs have control of the client, would it be possible to lock an account's oRvR to one faction for a set time period (24 hours), but also let that account log onto the other side for scenarios/PvE? That way if the side you are logged into for oRvR is zerging, you would at least be able to play on the other side and not wait an hour for a scenario pop.

I'm exclusively playing order here, my highest destro alt is a Magus rank 20 and I still voted no to perma lockouts, or lockouts
in general.

Is a destro player that gets smashed in T2 scenarios and RvR, who then wants to play his lvl 32 order alt in T4 really the problem? The system rewarding people for participation we have right now is a very good idea, just might need a bit more refinement imo. As soon as the guy staying in the lake on his alt with aao gets more inf/rr/rewards than the guy who is last second swapping to the other side for the keep renown rain/seal grab, we will be in a very good spot.

I vote for YES.

I have IB RR 50 (Tibldorf) now when Order zerg is every day up and zerging zone is in your long holiday... and Destro RR 49 SH and BO.

X-realming is a pain.
Every player who switches from one realm to the other in a Siege actually counts as two players.

So I'm also a fan of the timer x-realm sollution. The time span should be the same as a usual Siege with two wipes would need.
So something like 45 to 60 minutes.

@second account:
I don't doubt the devs can build some kind of mac Adress recognizer in your client tool. Then you would need two network cards, or two PCs to play with two accounts. :D

What if it wasn't a matter of lockout timer, but a debuff preventing you from obtaining any renown points and influence? Said debuff could then be applied for the mentioned timeframe, 45-60 minutes. You get the freedom to move around, but participation in RvR comes with a price.
Side bonus: Those who truly claim to log for balance purpose can still do that, bless their souls.
