Any t1 Guilds (order or Destruc)?

Tired of Pugs that don't seem to understand rvr fighting basics, targeting, or even have the willingness to work together with others that are trying to call our targets, and make battle strats.

Are there any guilds in t1 that do this, preferrably using some form of voice chat? Don't care which faction, as I have characters on both sides (enjoying different aesthetics of each).

Most people are out of T1 within a a few days of creating their new class, so I doubt you will ever get much coordination out of this tier.
