Can't finish half of my quests

So I have this problem with NPC questgivers. Although I've comleted my quest I can not get my reward, cause the questgiver don't seem to respond/
Also can't finish one of the very first quests where I need to kill an Empire courier, who seems to be a mob of level 38. Each time I die, all the npcs disappear, that's kinda creepy.
And what is with all the public quests? I can't get any reward for those whatsoever.

Well, that is being in alpha stage for you. The PQ are under construction. Rewards are not ingame. Most quests in for example Nordland work with one or two exceptions as they require non codes actions as of yet. If the NPC''s dissappear just walk away a bit and they will load in.
