Reworking Get To Da Choppa into a buff

Issue:
Get to the choppa is a channeled AoE pull that is supposed to complement choppas AoE wrecka tree and is designed for oRvR WB play

Even if the tree as a whole is very lack luster

the problem is that the ability completely underperforms as a 13 point ability and as a whole is completely lackluster compared to other alternative's on destro

The ability Is a channeled RNG pull with no control over whom you pull to you and your party and you need to hit a target withing 30ft with lackluster damage inorder to make the ability activate making the choppa expose its self in the frontlines where the ability can easily be interrupted

Now compare GTDC with the other destro alternatives:
If i want to pull a specific target, terrible embrace is a much more precise and gives greater control than GTDC addtionally with its 65ft range, is a much safer alternative

If i want to pull in a mass of targets, magus rift is a better option and is once again a safer alternative

In oRvR GTDC just isnt necessary because there are much better alternatives and the ability as a whole is just considered a joke


Solution:
Now in WB play choppas mostly rely on spamming AoE with Yer all bleedin now, wild choppin and lotsa choppin taking advantage of procs and throwing out AoE Snares and HDbuffs

This is extreamly ap intensive and Keep on Choppin, DoK group AP and other sources of regen arnt sufficient to keep up with the ap demands of this playstyle

Therefore my suggestion is to turn GTDC into a buff/enchantment which when activated will significantly reduces the the AP cost of atleast all abilities in Da Wrecka tree/spec for 30s

so "100% uptime", the reason i say 30s is because its a 13 point ability that would only affect abilities 1 tree, that is only designed for 1 specific level of play/playstyle and making it so that the buff is an enchantment would make it shatterable

While till finally making the ability worthwhile to spec

lastly when compared to ID on slayer this ability is nowhere as powerful
