Stuck at locating battles...searching for allies...

As the title says, I can log in and get connected to the server but on the next screen I'm stuck at locating battles, searching for allies.

I've read other threads and the only thing that comes close is using deleted character names for new characters. I had never encountered this problem before and have renamed characters a few times.

Tried fresh install. Reset router. Typed /stuck. None of that helped.

Up until now the game has ran and played terrific without issue.

If this is something that requires a server reset, does anyone know how often that happens?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Server restarts occur if Server becomes laggy(which didnt happen over the last months) and if a Patch needs to be pushed(NO ETA for those).
