[WL] - Add Squig Frenzy equivalent

Issue:

WL class is defined both as melee dps class and a pet class. After the pet auto-attack fix, the pet damage potential for WL have been greatly lessen (for good reason, 100 dps weapon is too high). However, there is not much scaling for Guardian spec WL since most of the dmg comes from the pet.

This leads me to examine SH/pet equivalent class on destruction side and I noticed they have access to a core ability called "Squig Frenzy"

It has 3 minutes cooldown and increase only pet auto attack dmg by 50% for 30 seconds.

Proposal 1:

Add an equivalent ability to WL, so WL have the option to coordinate a high burst. This gives WL an option to choose a high burst period and at a very high cooldown of 3 minutes. WL have the one melee pet, it can be shut down by killing it. It would give 6v6 WL slightly more option to choose the burst moment and have easy counter for other side to kill the pet (most 6v6 knows enough to kill the pet anyway)

For visual que, add the big red aura like the squig?

Proposal 2:

Add a flat % pet auto attack dmg to "Leonine Frenzy", the 13th ability to Guaridan tree. This means WL have to spec deep into Guardian tree and the effect should only last 10 seconds. Since it's 30 seconds cooldown, perhaps we should only increase the auto attack by 25% (or x% for mathematical people to figure out) This means *only* those WL spec deep in Guardian tree have access to this pet auto attack increase.

Declining. OP failed to prove that there is an issue between SF and LF.
