Solved - 2 problems at the same time

so i got 2 problems at the same time, the first one is Could not find file ... mythloginserviceconfig.xml :
and i alredy tried using the unpacked version of the launcher and it worked kinda, the same error keep appearing but the game launch itself so it kinda worked and the second problem is when i log in i get the blank black box, and tried to close and open multiple times the game and it doesn't work, so i was wondering if the error is still there and its doing the blank black box, i think i really need help
