I think keeplords are fine, when their pathfinding is finally solved. The resetting and too fast respawned guard on the other side are very annoying. They shouldn't respawn at all or only when certain conditions are met.
Especially in lower tiers they are more dangerous than any defending player.
In general there has to be a secondary win condition for rvr. The stalemate in t4 dw yesterday lasted for many many hours and destro (in the meantime rank5 keep) tried it a dozen times to take the order keep without success as numbers on both sides were equal.
Dying is no option.

any chance of guild banners being used to claim keeps like they used too? I loved the banners and the tactics that you could place in them. I used banners in all my premade groups in ORvR/Sc's and claimed keeps with them.

We have no packets regarding keep claims, but we are working on it, but it may take quite some time

more like lord dmg need to be linked to aao; if there is no aao lord dmg should be very low as there is same number defendefe dosen't need more help; same goes for the KB.

if 100 ppl try enter in a room tank wall by 100 ppl the keep lord long punt will make it too easy defend.

the treat should be proportional to the challenge.

Keep lord is needed, the biggest mistake on live was replacing the keep lord with a banner.
