Connect button Greyed out

hey all,

my connect button stays greyed out and my web server status is red and login server status is yellow. I've tried the cmd fixes and running as admin. I've followed the install guide and did the exact same thing as my friend as we installed it together. his is working fine.

any tips?

Any connection status' for red/grey mean that no connection can be established between you and the server. You need to check on your end security exceptions, firewall, possible router configurations, check with ISP, try a VPN.

9 times out of 10, everything will work automatically so you shouldn't encounter this ever (communication wise) but it's not always the case for some.

i think that fixed it, i was able to use a VPN to connect to the server then i could close it and its working fine. Thanks so much!
