If you're rested - Yes.

I believe I got something like 27k exp per mob around level 28ish when rested. I got about 5 chars or so, from mid 20s to 32, all in a few hours.
Exp per mob without rested is like 9k each, I think around that level. But that's still what you would have gotten with rested before the T3 buff. Now, it's just never-ending.

Odd, I don't get anywhere that much xp on my lvl27 WP. My first kill when I log on I get about 17k, then I get that for about four or five mobs. After the tenth mob I'm only getting about 4 or 5k xp

Rested xp is a percentage based on levels. So, if you reach a threshold lets say ¾ of your level, the bonus is gone. And 5,5 k exp per mob is pretty freaking much. Go do some AoE grind. Or SCs… 90k+ exp per win… I wished they would have bumped renown and influence. The grind in T4 to get even to RR 40 is so damn hard. And before the changes my lvl 30+ chars had already 32 RR so only 8 more RR levels to grind…

I will never understand people’s fun in having a lvl 40 with 20 renown and being not able to use the gear even if you got Emblems/Medailions

Use Ruin + epic quest weapons and you are allright

SC for T3 yesterday prime EU weekend you were lucky if 1 popped per hour and even then 50%+ of them were cancelled due to team inbalance.

T3 was very bad but after latest x3 patch it is complete desert.

I agree about renown&influence - it is also a reason why people don't even try rvr/pvp in T3 - if renown&influence gain is low and xp is high then why even bother roaming in rvr lake?

I am playing ROR this year for few last months but current T3 situation is defiantely worst since I've stepped my foot into T3 for first time.

T2 actually can be quite active - on and off not constantly like T4 or to lesser extent T1, but it can be active and you can rvr, sc and get nice renown while levelling via pvping, but T3 is absolutely horrible.

Which is a shame cause T3 it is great introduction to T4. Your character start to get big number of mastery point and T3 RvR start to be somewhat complex with keeps having inner&outer walls, posterns, etc

You have rats in Talabecland cave, for one stage of quest with skaven ring you can get even 90k exp!

Well it's really class depended how good Ruin is for you of course. But is a nice starting point and once you hit around rr 40 you should have enough emblems/medaillons to buy the gear you want.

The problem is you'll reach lvl 32 while still only being lvl 20 in renown. This means you can't even buy renown greens anymore. So you're doubly gimped when you reach T4. QQ
