Weaponskill's affect on parry rate

Can anyone explain this to me in detail? I remember from live that a certain amount of strength negated some (im not sure if some, or all) weaponskill bonus to parry, but it did not affect +parry items, or something along those lines.

I show that my parry increases(only sometimes) on my paper doll, but I can not see any parry bonus from weaponskill when I use .getstats. I understand that .getstats is only showing my +parry bonus from items and renown points spent. Is there a formula I am missing?

Enemy player Strenght decrease your parry that is gained from Weapon Skill, it does not decrease parry from other sources.(items, tactics, etc)

To see how big parry you get from WS, simply unequip items that give WS and compare numbers.
