characters disappeared

Hello,
I didnot connect for severl monthes. i just tried to connect today but all my characters disappeared.
Did i miss something as an update or is there something to do to have them back?

Sadly there isnt, the Devs had to clean up the database and clear up some names, so they dismissed al chars that didnt lock in since April.

When T4 released we flagged all inactive accounts.

After 4 months, any accounts still flagged as inactive were wiped.

We don't plan on any further wipes at this time.

Oh ok. Thanks for your answers.
So should i recreate characters with that account or should i recreae a whold account?

You can use the same account, no issues there.
