Will Of The Warboss

So I have been doing the quest Will of the warboss and im on a part which i need to kill Tipsy priedstadt guard, but the problem is that i cant find him anywhere, i have searched the whole quest area and i cant return the quest to the giver. HAPL!

u whant kill male priest champ. he is behind all buildings near hill 92k38k if u all time when enter that pq just go near hills u will find him . right side is more safier
