"The only way" is a rather bold claim.
Your Change is better than the current state but also a buff to tanks and parry in general.
Justified ? Aza's decision.

Afaik it was changed back to damage than debuff. Will look at the changelogs after work.

Becuase people are still tying to push this parry strike through idea im trying to infrom you that your "opinion" has already been rejected so theres no point in still suggesting/pushing it

And parry strike through was rejected becuase it is a buff to WL's dmg which they dont need and make it harder to block crippling strikes and other abilites so you cant say that your suggestion is not without faults either

parry strikethrough does nothing for mdps in the first place as they want to attack from the sides or the rear and as a choppa/slayer i would easily still take the free 10% parry and higher AA speed over strikethrough

Removing the free 10% parry bonus would be a nerf to parry not a buff

Nerf SL to what aza says sounds pretty good.

I also think ID needs to be looked at i.e. How its far too good for a DoT to proc On-Hit effects.

Doing both of these should balance the tree better to be in line with the others. I'd say to re-evaluate Giantslayer after some play testing with nerfed SL/ID. If it's still prefered to go Skaven, then Giantslayer may need to be looked at. The playstyle for "higher" DPS for survivability obviously isn't worth it in it's current state, and will have to be looked into.

Always when I fight with BO specced in T'ree hit combo he deal me hits for 1000 damages and I him for 300 by RoA. Probady I never win none duel with any tank when play slayer and have 53 RR. I win duela with mdps but never with tank LOL.
1. There won't be any RoA to giantslayer path change
2. No one cares about any 1v1 experiences in balance topics; this was stated by different staff members on lots of topics in the past
3. Tanks are the counter to melee DD classes in WAR/ROR (rock, paper, scissors) and btw: you are complaining on a class that has access to "Rampage" and lots of weaponskill; maybe the issue lies elsewhere

But Rune of Absorption is weak. With my 850 strenght this dealing 500 damages from which half or more is mitigated. I have 22% critical hit and fierce might and more than 500 WS with any 38% armour penetration, this usually is too less. Problem is because destro have a lot of tanks and always healers. Exhaustive blows and all giant tree dealing better damages. But few things in GS can be done, like removing penalties from Breaking Point and Precarious Assault. Spellbreaker suck, better go in RoA and Devastate. If people have play GS Spellbreaker must have some big armour debuff, this will be better than 50% armour penetration because not must spam it and go in berserk. Anyway Spellbreaker is like 5 sec CD because this drop rage and must waiting 5 seconds for next furry state. Just remove from Spellbreaker removing absorb and give it armour debuff. Really don't see different option.

If you want an armor debuff then team up with a WL or IB

Or another option how to make players play Giant slayer spec, use great weapon and not only Skaven slayer where most ppl say this is OP. Ok, Cleft in Twain is bad ability so we make from it core ability. Devastate go on place of Cleft in Twain, Spellbreaker ( not cheanged ) go on place Devastate and on the place of Spellbreaker we put Deathblow with 10 sec CD and armour debuff -1000 for 20 seconds. This second option is better, don't must cheange spellbreaker which is good ability.

We should give Slayer TE and Pounce while we're at it.
Zuuka - Okayzoomer - and many others
Khandikhaine/Ligmuh/Egf - Meatcircle - Ukruton - and many others
Old School / Lords of the Locker Room

I agree. White Lion have pet, Slayer have rage but Slayer don't have pounce. Also Spine Crusher should ignoring any 700 armour to be fair.
