aza decided it to change before t4 open if i not mistake: it got from pure regen every 5 sec to ap itiem regen which mean it dosen't work while you are using skills/channeling/while flee, basically it's a+15 like the itiem stat to ap regen which is weasted for tactic slot.
it's all reported in the thread of the different from live skills anyway.

Wow, that makes Chaotic Advatage actually viable.

you should really go for RB instead of just spending random points in the Discord tree since its your only efficient way to spread CS.

not really or at least pre nerf they covered different situation, chaotic advantage was better for proloned static fights because you could for real just stay 99% time hold the line and the rest was blast wave, suppression, oppression.

Power from the gods covered better dynamic situation where you kite and counterpush and so is easier to use flee as a charge in that way, worked also good when you where punted away as an anti punt tool. Because in the time you got back near the guarded you had some ap alredy and also allowed you to flee + challenge while you were closing the distance.

I had a RR100 Chosen wich i played for 4 years or so on the live server. I have played in any Situation you can imagine.

I never found CA so reliable as PftG, despite the situation. Situations can change change and you cant react with a tactic switch mid fight and so PftG always was the better tool since it didn't rely on any proc.

kobs got another time the longer edge since his armor buff regen ap and his regen aura also regen ap.... he dosen't care about the nerf to his tactic too.
