[Roleplay] Iron Hawks [med-Heavy RP guild] Concept

I see a lot of Rp guilds that are just one specific niche of RP that plenty of characters can't fit into. I'm looking to see if people are interested in an Order RP guild that would build the RP community together, by being a single RP guild that all order races can be in. A military unit built with all the forces the Order has. Of course not only will it have RVR RP, stuffs, but RP events and with the different array of characters (that hopefully are interested) They'll be plenty of things going on in terms of story. If this is something that interests you, or you have feedback. (Or some guild like this already exists that i've missed.) Please drop a reply! I'm looking forward to all the arepee and fun this server has :D!

Heya!

I am waiting to see how current leadership management will go in Knights Panther since we are in a bit of a non-leadership pickle. Since I dislike guildhopping, I will wait until this weekend (means 10 days have passed).

I am open to your concept and would happily spar with your and form something new together! possibly we could ally with the other RP guilds (Bitterstone Thunderers for example and Eternal Host)

This was tried before with the Reikland Militia. And it didn't worked.
Sure a lot of the current guilds are niches. Dwarfs, or only humans but also this gives your players purpose and an identity. Also most Units and Regiments are lorebased.

An full Order RP Guild has no identity and it has no lore background, as in Oldschool Warhammer there were no joint Venture Armies or Regiments with everyone in.

I don't want to talk your idea bad, but I doubt it will work.
With the 3rd Bitterstone, the Knights Panthers and the Eternal Host we have the three Order Races in our Alliance. Several Dwarfs have Human chars in Panthers or their Elves in Eternal Host.
So if you want to organise events you are more than welcome to join one of the guilds, make a char, talk to the respective leader and place a date in Alliance Calendar, and here in the Events section and start right away. And you will have plenty of attendands.

It really honestly just depends on leadership and officers, and the community. I know my mechanic for running a guild is tried and true and works, only because for almost a year I sat leading one of the largest RP guilds in GW2. So I'm not really all that worried on the concept not working. It can, its just if people enjoy it.
:3 After all the first rule to roleplaying is that you are having fun. If its not fun don't do it ^_^
