For the last month T3 is having the lowest pop everyday.
Seems odd cos is the tier that has the widest level bracket of all ror.
What is happening guys? T1 and T4 are in good health, T2 is low but playable but T3 with the exception of weekends is always empty or it seems so.
26, 34, 44 are its daily numbers specially at night (europe) and with a 70% ratio or more for one faction (lately order)
Can somebody explain to me this apparent anomaly?

It is because you do not earn anything from t3. The gear you get is useless in t4 and you are useless until you have full ruin so it is unfortenatly more efficent to xp grind

the t3 is the worst, t4 regroup all player from rank 32, t1 is jsut creat and join, t2 is just the arriving point after t1 but t3 is what you wanna exit the most. It always had suffered from this problem

I belive a few small changes is enough to make people play t3 again.
1. Reduce inf requirements by 20%
The requirements are a scary mountain not worth climbing.
2. Change medallion trade to t4 4:1 or 3:1
This way you are kinda rewarded for fighting for a smoother tier transitioning.
3. Change debolster to 29, this helps with devastor set bonus and much greater green /blue variety

I like all of Kattastrof's ideas - I've also wondered recently whether it would be possible for all the lower tiers to have an 'influence carry over' once capped.
For example - you cap t1 emp influence and then 25/33/50% of all future t1 emp influence then gets carried to t2 emp. The same happens when you cap t2 and t3 inf.
This could potentially get more people into orvr and reduce xp grinding, as well as stop the t1 emp zerg and spread people across the pairings there for more than lairs. Personally speaking, if I knew that once I'd capped t2 inf it would apply to t3, and from there by extension slowly set me off on the road to t4 inf aswell, I'd be more inclined to hang around and fight rather than just grind to 40 (which is basically all I have planned for my slayer when I get back off holiday).
Also makes some sense from a lore perspective too (hey, we heard about your efforts in troll country, now get out into talabec and do it again!)
All that being said however, I understand dev time is finite and there are more pressing issues in t4 to attend to; so I understand why lower tiers are a long way down the priority list.

The amount of energy required to level a toon in T3 is not worth it. Little population means you just want to level to T4, quick. Maybe when Conq comes out then levels will even out some?
Please make it LESS grindy..
The best use I seen of T3 was at the end when RR rank was high (for T3) then, players utilized the opportunity to pre-rank RR before coming into T4. Anni-T4, Deci-T3, etc.

Big thing to hurt all tiers was removing the medallion reward from PvP quest 50/50/50 kills... That quest alone drives people to play and sc.

Sad to lose some good and fun map, why not including them in the big War conflict.
The Tier 4 is more fun on one point, the aim of Tier 4 is to lock all map, is a cooperating and strategic Tiers.
If you want more players on Tiers 3 (Tiers 2) you must bring more fun in theirs aims, make a bonus mode like take all Tiers 3 keeps during... give something fun or a new aim every months...
Or lock all T1, Tier 2, Tier 3 maps Greenskin (for example) give a special tick and medals for players...
Bring strategy and coopertion on T3 add a tick bonus for cooperation.
