Characters gone

I quit ROR about 10 months ago because i was going abroad for a while and knew i wouldnt have access to computers for that period of time. Now i came back and wanted to play again, only to find all my old chars to be deleted. Is there any way i could get them back ?

Patch at 00:00 BST 3rd September. Azarael It's done. A backup has been taken. Any account which was not logged since the start of account login time tracking (26th April) has had its characters removed, in order to free up names.It's done. A backup has been taken. a clean up was happeing some patches ago sry if you lost you toons just gotta have to start from scratch again i guess alot
