I understand. And I want to test changes, or hear more about them or see a video or something like. But the idea of skills(dmg\heal) that are not SCALE of stats it seems to me a bad idea. In the future, you will introduce new armor, which means more toughness and resists, and so heal will weaken, or skill will work as moral?

You seem to not understand what it means if they dont scale with a stat huh? If my Lifetap does not profit from my INT, it also means that it will NOT be reduced by enemies toughness. Its simply affected by enemy resistance, which can be debuffed greatly anyways.

Edit:
Regarding the changes so far:
Solely speaking for the AM here it more or less turns from cleanse and utilit, or potential gheal bot (with m2 + wild healing) to an extremely good focus target healer. Sure you can use groupheals and they're very efficient as well, but the moment you disrespect the enemy and stay too close to anything you will instantly break since the healing values on yourself are really weak if you have too many Black stacks. If you have white stacks up, your heals - again - will be your current default heals which are ridiculously slow and fragile, so youre situationally best off using a few lifetaps while running away.

Not sure how i should properly explain the whole stuff, but to put it into a few catch words:
*skillcap greatly increased by proper playing of the mechanic.
*general shift of power compared to the current system. not a flatout buff, but an increase in aspect of group support, with defined weaknesses to oneself and wrong handling of the mechanic.
*barely anything should change for solo DPS specc. They get their lifetap castable when walking, while losing their instant aoe/single heal from isha. Selfheal on oneself is reduced compared to healing an ally. The role as fill-dps in a group on the other hand will most likely be strenghtened due to moderate and cheaper heals even with Divine Fury slotted.
*people too stupid to play the mechanic, can basically play the AM like it currently is and just stick at 4-5 white stacks, without seeing any change compared to the current live implementation (only in regards of healing). Stacks decay 1by1 meaning if some of those healers use DPS spells right now, they will get a minor buff to dmg if they play the same way with the new mechanic.
*potentially opens up more variety with tactics and speccs, which i didnt bother to test yet.

Always remember that this is extremely tentative and can be changed. Also I can't talk about Shamy since it most likely plays a bit differently in dps as well as in heal. But to put my personal experience into words: I definitely like it, but would minorly change a handful of things nonetheless. I didnt have too much time to thoroughly test very aspect yet, but all in all its a good direction imo

Whats the toggle time off on the item? Is it a long cooldown? Is there a cooldown? Is it on a separate GCD? Can you switch while in combat? By the way thank you for allowing it to be on a toggle item and not a hard change.

I'm willing to try it out but if I don't like it, it would be nice to just go back to normal. I'm SOOO used to the old system and don't think its that bad. But it could be interesting to try out something different.

I've just read the changes and i really like all of them.

I'm looking forward to hear more from the people who are testing the changes and if at some point you need more people I could help with my shammy.

I'd like to play Da Green spec in T4 but right now, it is sooo bad.

Good work :D

So dmg from non stat contributing spells would use the proc dmg type? Since its the only type of non morale dmg
That arnt affected by toughness. Since toughness here on RoR is changed from reducing dps bonus to a flat dps reduction i have no idea if that would work as you say tbh. It would also break the ruling concept of dps tbh.

So we have access to experimental changes now. How to build our shammy with those changes?
Mastery build, renown build, gear. What to take? Heal build with mechanic to assist with dmg? Or dps build with some supporting heal? Or maybe Da Green path?

Any idea will by appreciate. I'll start testing asap. Lets make shammy great... or die (repeatedly) trying :D
