Except they already have, albeit on a small scale?

I just wanted to point out that people expect others to solve their own issues, like recruiting more players for North American play times, as if there were in-game tools readily available to do so without even a thought to how crappy that sounds, and yet when they have the tools provided in the game UI to form groups and play the game as intended, the cry until they get their "call of duty solo play" version of RoR. And the DEVS, whom I thought shared an admiration for the group RVR dynamic of Live, just cater to these console gamers.

4/10 trolling. You where on a roll until the CoD reference.

NA is what it is. Personally, I enjoy the smaller-scale ORvR we have. Humans like to complain, if you gave the avg one a "$100 bill and a 10lb bag, they'd complain about the weight.." I like to believe, if you don't have people complaining, then you haven't really changed anything...

Can we drop this pitiful line of argument?

Yeah it sucks that after 6pm or so the server becomes kinda dead, oh well

The NA players needs to either recruit more people or stop complaining

You can't hinder ideas and changes just becuase of a low population NA
Ignoring the minorities is what got the United States into trouble, why should it work here?

I hope this doesn't kill competitive scenarios during NA times. I've been trying to recruit friends to come play during NA, but they want to play competitively.

It doesn't help NA when the people posting for it are just completely shitposting or trolling, honestly it feels like they are controlled opposition or something.

I don't specifically think the argument is "if this ruins NA then remove it", I could be wrong though IDK these people sometimes.

As far as us needing to recruit, we can't really bring anything in but hardcore fans because of the state of NA. Casual/interested players are just gonna get to t2 and quit because it's a ghost town. Fate of NA is up to those with the power to create events or modify the game. It will inevitably get better as the server gets internationally more popular, but for that to actually spill into NA might take a long time.

As for my experience testing this in NA, I honestly see no difference between now and before. Same groups/people and plenty of diverse pops for scenarios other than KE. Fights are also better in NA because the competitive scene is dead and buried so you don't have multiple meta groups stomping constantly. I'm pretty much 100% positive this change was brought about because order in EU times has like up to 5 meta groups constantly ruining scenarios and making life hell for destro pugs. The reason my entire guild rerolled destro because there is literally no one to fight on order most of the time, don't get how these people do it day in and out fighting nothing on their mains in BiS gear.

Ya it sucks that you decide to solo que in a game designed for group RVR. Oh well.

The Solo pug players need to either learn to group or stop complaining about premades

You can't change the core dynamic of a game just for a small group too dense or stubborn to play it as intended.

Typical elitist post. Spoken from such a narrow perspective. I bet you feel sad you won't be stomping casual pugs anymore.

This game isn't only for those who have hours on end to play the game or invest a lot of time in an active guild. It can be hell to try and find a premade as a solo dps. All those groups are ever looking for are tanks healers. And I'm sure there are more than enough people that just have a small bit of time to play the game and just want to get a couple of quick Sc's. This change is perfect for those people, because now they can actually have a bit of fun in stead of being constantly steamrolled by premades.

If you want to be competitive, please play destro so we have some more people to play competitivly against. Then at least there will be 3 guilds, yours, Black Libaray and The Dammed.

Then we can set up a weekly fight night.
