T4 epic quest "Battle for Remembrance"

Quest Battle for Remembrance NPC broken.
In part that you have to talk with NPC Dwarf called Brol Gornbrow is broken. You cant interact with him. He just fight with
two Battlegut Bull mobs and you cant go further.

what he said, might be a known issue where it works after a server reset.
