Game crashes 7 seconds into loading directly after login.

I have read and re-read how to download this game. How to move all the files and the launcher into a folder. How to put as read only or off of read only. How to run as administrator if I am having trouble. I have the correct password and name.

My problem is, 7 seconds after I hit connect, when the first loading screen is clearly on my monitor, it just crashes.

I am running windows 10, and it wont let windows 10 use directx 9. Am I pretty much out of luck? I cant think of anything else I am doing wrong.

Try DirectX11 and latest .NET framework

Thanks for trying, as far as I can tell my directx is updated, but the new launcher is not doing it. I forgot to mention I had made sure I had the newest launcher installed too.

I just did everything I said before on my wifes computer, and it boots up fine. I have no idea why it wont work on mine. I need to somehow find all the files and delete them and try and start over.

For some reason it wont let me transfer 6 files from the u torrent download to the folder, it says file is open in u torrent

it wont let me transfer files because the file is open. Specifically:

art3.myp
audio.myp
interface.myp
vo_english.myp
world.myp

i dont understand I am doing nothing different than when I put them on my wifes computer and I get this.

Make sure the torrent is off, restart the pc.
