I even heard some of the your own staff saying on Github that the orgirnal devs were allowed to make alot of changes to the game but the dmg formula was something they were strictly forbiden to alter. Since both live forums and the Github posts been closed I can't really prove this. Bit it's so obvius i don't even know why i need to prove it.

If its so obvious then why are you not providing this obvious proof that I have already asked for, my argument is that this a new system brought into the RvR campaign that has had practically 0 testing so far, and all you are doing here is enforcing a statement that 'oh yeah don't mess with damage formulae' How exactly do you know it will now work, are you 100% sure? or are you just blowing smoke out of your arse? Again if you can deconstruct the recent patch with actual evidence and some numbers to PROVE that this new system is not going to work, then I will admit that I am wrong and you were right all along here. If you do not plan to support your claim with factual evidence, then please don't bother arguing the point.

Trial and error is correct, how do you expect this current RvR state to improve if you are not willing to accept changes, even if they are changes that mythic never dreamed of touching, we are in a state that this is the only way forward, stepping into territory that is new, it might fail, it might not, but bashing on something when you can provide no actual evidence is just going to fall on deaf ears and you will not be listened to.

I just started playing to be fair. Played live years ago and I can toss my 2c in that Mythic wasn't the same as DAoC days even then. So these kind people have a F2P server for us to bash each other with then you get mad they aren't following 'Live'?!?! I quit playing Warhammer because of Live and the way the game worked. The fact these GM's and Balance Guru's want to mix and match is 100% fine by me. Small responsive community and you are trying to tell me they would let a bad tweak last for months like Mythic would? I can't see it. Keep sieges have always been a slug fest so lets speed that sh*t up.

So 10 points to the GM's and Balance guru's for snarky comments. Keep them coming!!!!! This is hilarious. They do have a valid point though, if the numbers are wrong show maths. But we all know maths iz hard. As for Algorithm's, the word has gotten too much predominance in today's lexicon. Most of these "Algo's" are just a nice version of an Excel spreadsheet with inputs, formula's and if/then tables. Pretty simple stuff and just because Mythic had one why do you assume it was good or correct and that the RoR GM's don't have their own?!?!? But once again, maths iz hard and bullet points easier.

Well, lets say you are right and the already superior damage dealers are the ones benefiting the most from this (I guess if the increase in damage is 8 that would be lets say 100x0,8 for max damage dealer, 80x0.8 for medium damage dealers and 50x0,8 for low damage dealers with survivability being equal obviously the ones with highest damage profits the most while survivability remains the same which COULD mean high dps gets an advantage). If then the meta changes to only high damage dealers tanks and healers it wouldnt be difficult to reset the changes and add a lets say stamina debuff instead :) So damage is the same but your stamina pool suffers (which also could work in keep fights?) All just random thoughts from someone not into maths or game balance

I can also do a great performance in Nordenwatch where i fall between rock that is near the fortress and that wood pole and spend the rest of the game stuck there.
