I'm kinda wondering what everyone's frame of reference in this thread is.
The standard immo build is fantastic for scenarios and skirmishing; I don't question that at all.
However, in my experience so far the vast majority of PVP is keep attack/defense (unless you really focus on queuing for SCs). I have a hard time seeing how the standard immo build works well for sieges as AOE seems to be king there, and being able to AOE without line of sight is huge. Peeking out over the walls is an invitation to have five squigs attacking you for the rest of eternity.
It seems to me that if most of your pvp is around keeps, then conflag is your best bet.

Sorc and BW have the most powerful indirect buff atm since TB is not working yet. If these two classes lack of dmg, it is not the classes fault!Ashnsd wrote:this class lack of dps in ORVR, in Keep, in BG !

From what I see, most take immo to stop drop and roll. Then decide the rest into either single target (solo and scenario) or AOE (for open rvr and keeps). Up to you. Honestly only costs 6g to switch from one to the other so you can go with what you like depending on what's happening that eveningGrumpbot wrote:I'm kinda wondering what everyone's frame of reference in this thread is.

At least BW is a class that can work and be playable with whatever tree you'll get into. I had a lot of fun with conflag and with other two.

Since I came back I've been solo queuing. Here are a few build examples I've been running with. I get bored pretty quickly and like to rotate my specs. . If I was with a group then I would spec around the group.
