Cant use Mastery Skills or Abilities

Hi :D

I recently reached lvl 40 as a WP but have discovered that none of my mastery skills have shown up on my abilities list even though i have full mastery :/

Each ability costs a point as well. You click on them.

Are you sure you have clicked on the icons? You must click on the ability and then click apply.
