Reader only properties.

When I try to start Wharhammer, I get this error

I know that I have to disable the readers only properties to avoid that, but here is the Problem. I cant disable them. If I do and then close the properties menu, they are just activated again, when I reopen the menu. I also tried it after moving the folder to a new location on my hard drive and I tried doing it via cmd exe. nothing worked. Does any of you guys have an idea?
