game crash on startup

hello everybody , i have a problem With the game.
Indeed , i can't play the game because it crash on the character selection and the problem is that i already doWnload this .exe ( https://my.pcloud.com/publink/show?code ... FCn4UIAQ77) and even if i try to start the game a multiple time, it just crash. also i'm the folder is on read only. I also tried to do the cmd command stuff but i don't really Work ( When i tyoe lodctr /e:PerfProc , nothing happen)

If the game crashes and gives no error message, it could be the game file(s) are incomplete/corrupt. Download the game again and see if the problem still persists.
