Can't login fully - solved

Hey, having a bit of a problem.

I installed everything as per the instructions on the FAQ, and downloaded the client off torrent. Every thing appears to be running okay except for a couple of small issues.

1) Every time I click connect from the launcher, I get the following message;

2) This doesn't appear to stop the game from launching however, and the game continues to the loading screen. The game boots up just fine, music comes in, etc. However, while I can see the cinematic, change my setting, see the credits, or quit, I can't seem to get to the character creation screen. The little black box on the right hand side never does anything.

What are you on about? Ley responded to the OP with a solution to fix it. If you do have the same error then you can use that too.
