You had a topic deleted before because you opened by saying it was a personal thread. This forum is not for personal threads, just as it wasn't for personal threads then.
What this is actually about is simple: you need another way to keep people complaining about scenarios. Direct comment failed. A poll thread failed.
The only avenue left is to attempt to get a sticky based on a flimsy premise and to stick into the lead, at the top, in red letters, that this topic is also for all discussion in scenarios, including about scenarios that you need or want to see.
The obvious result of that being that people are invited to complain about scenarios they don't want indirectly by repeatedly requesting that we rotate to scenarios that they do like, and all in a stickied thread with your post as the lead. That's not even getting into the idea that they're authorized (by you, apparently) to talk about scenarios under any context whatsoever, including direct complaint, in a stickied thread that can never expire.
This is why you want this thread to exist. If it were a personal thing, you could maintain it elsewhere. If it were just about providing information, you could have done what wargrimnir asked.
When it comes to analysing passive aggression, I'm not as bad as you may believe.

In the future I'f suggest a better color scheme, something like: lavender, dark pink, light purple, medium purple, purple, dark elf purple, dark lavender, medium lavender, deep purple, and tentacle deep pink.
