[KOTBS] Blazing Blade Ticks

Does anyone know if spamming Blazing Blade still lets the DoT on blazing blade do tick damage? It looks like it is RARELY appearing in my combat log. Does spamming it just keep refreshing the DoT and it doesn't actually do damage?

It refreshes the Dot. Normally this isnt a big of a deal if you refresh them in time, but some Dots in the game tick harder to the end of their duration (e.g. Choppa's Bleed em out or the WH's BaL) and then you will lose a lot of damage)

You can keep 3 stacks up permantly by refreshing 1 dot tick every 8 sec once all stacks are up. The 3 stack dot ticks for Kotbs/WE/WH is a terrible mechanic tbh. Even in longer PVE boss fights these abillities are outperformed by DD attacks.
