Tried three times, loads and go back to character screen, really strange that it doesn't happen with the other two characters lvl5 and lvl13 and only with my main.

Try typing /stuck twice during the loading screen. If that fails, there's not much else I can assist with.

most likely u have to many quest in your log... in past this happend to ALOT peeps but most know about it did u try and remove alot of quest from ur quest book ( dont know how many u got but seems like the old bug is back to many quest and this happens.
