Please do a gold/inv wipe for the restart

I don't see how an extended period of downtime necessitates a wipe? I can't see the correlation whatsoever?

Gold is justified-ish, RR is (but only 50+ imo - many people made their RR legit) but everything else is unnecessary (at least at this point in the game's stage)

Something needs to be done about gold honestly, even just a kneecap would work.

Otherwise we will see purple items when they are introduced going for 500-2k gold easily is they are lvl 39/40.

purple items in AH are the worst example, when explaining that the economy is maybe broken. There isn´t an infinite amount of purple items. It is not only a matter of the gold you have to get one/some.

The price of potions (an item with almost infinite amount) in AH is ok (on order side the price is actually a bit to low).

Do a full wipe (start everyone over again).......... Then make it so u have to pick order or destroy make it one account per IP..

Most home user IP addresses are allocated dynamicaly because there are not enough IP v4 adresses for everyone on the world.
It was already explained several times why an IP lock won't work. All the user would have to do is restarting his router and he most likely gets a new address from his ISPs pool.

OT:
A wipe without new countermeasures to prevent gold hoarding in the future wouldn't be very wise. Otherwise new people or returnees scream "Wipe pls!" every few month again.

I'm glad you guys aren't wiping this time around. The content that really needs polishing is in T4 and a wipe would be counterproductive to all the bug tracking and debugging that is happening and will happen!

Honestly, I don't think we should wipe unless absolutely necessary. If the date is lost - then yeah. If we get a beta and or some form of an "offical" release - then yeah.

Till then - peeps should keep their toons!

I REALLY hope there won't be a wipe anytime soon, for people like me who can only play a limited amount of time week (work takes precedence) , I spent way to much time and effort into maxing out a single car and in the case of a wipe, I'd probably loose all interest in this game despite having been around on live.
