since we have a community inside the server wich focus in the 6 vs 6 scene .

year-2000.

Videogame: everquest .

while not famous as daoc or ultima for the pvp. it was indeed everquest the first online roleplaying game to make a global event focused in the pvp concept .

the first was the Best of the best tournament .
each of the 24 servers of everquest would held a tournament in the zone named the arena . where each class would battle . the winner of the tournament would be rewarded with a tittle and would be moved to a special competition .

this special competition would be the first inter server dueling match and would be used to determine who was the best of the best player of each class .

Teams of 6 players would feud in tournament to win the right to represent their server in the global tournament .

while mostly ignored by the nowdays players this set of events become the set to the growing pvp community in online rpgs .
