Connection attept failed??!!

Ok, so I downloaded the torrent and have done everything I can find in the forums, well in tech support, to try and fix my launcher but I'm still getting this error


Could not connect to Login server
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 178.32.58.46:8000
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(IPAddress[] addresses, Int32 port)
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(String host, Int32 port)
at RoRLauncher.Client.Connect()

I'm running Windows 10. If you need anymore info let me know. Please help me with this, I used to love this game x.x
