How to xp in RVR

Everything is in the title , i'd meet some peoples who said to me : RvR can give to you lots of xp ? so how ?

Destroy everything and everyone who belongs to the enemy Realm.

You can get exp in RvR, although it becomes really slow in T3/T4

kills quests and massive reckless pug skirmish where enemies are mostly solo or without healers and loves to bath in the warm oil over and over again. if they do it few times with nice aao before they qq and switch sides you can get nice flow of exp,renown and influence

rvr is NOT the fastest way to level.
you will gain no gold from it
you will gain way lower exp by grinding or doing quests.

though it's the BEST way to level while gaining some EXP and most important of all Renown Rank....

if you get at lvl 40 without a good level of Renown trust me... you life will be miserable as people with HIGHER Rr (renown rank) will have a party with your toons dead body.... Renown rank gives extra stats (by spending Renown points) while allows you to use better gear.... plus some gear from influnence (there are many pieces that are REALLY nice to use like weapons, belts etc)

how to gain exp?

Killing quests (in every RvR zone main camp you will find Killing quests)
Killing whatever comes in front of you.
