Warrior Priest and DoK should have been a selection option that would then lead to a subsurvey listing all the reasons why it is inappropriate that they exist.

I have to ask, from a balance perspective, what is the intention behind having cleanse remove the oldest debuff rather than the newest debuff?

I wasn't on the Beta. But I would guess for Balance. If it was Last added, you could just wait until a debuff was added that you REALLY didn't want on. This way, you can layer debuffs to protect the one you want to stay on.
