Invalid username or password

Any idea how to fix it guys? My username and pass are fine but I keep getting this msg

Ignore the error. Always shows up when server is unresponsive.

Yeah server crashed again it seems, about 1:20PM EST. everyone in game stopped moving then players and NPC's disappeared. I couldnt even log out.
