flag for rvr too long

it takes too long to flag rvr, ppl enter rvr and are able to go to keep in this time- 10 sec,
they use it to go into keep as be not flaged, so you can't kill em
it should be instant when you enter rvr area, or it should be short time, like 3 sec

I just want to confirm, you're saying it is okay to change the RvR system from the way it worked on live when it inconveniences you?

I just want to be sure that when I register my shock with the Department of "Who Saw that Coming", I check all the right boxes on the form.
