sry cant find a working forum link with the new beta imgur has

the 2 red bars that say lorthern bowman no idea what they or how to turn them off

That's Detaunt Helper. I think one bar is it's own addon and the other one is a Enemy module.

Disable Detaunt Helper, go to Enemy config and look for combat parsing toggler or something similar.

To open Enemy config UI right click the white/red arrow target icon in the top right part of your screen and choose Configuration.
