[Choppa] Drop Da Basha and Keep On Choppin'

So my issue with these two abilities is that they can be blocked and parried. I don't understand why that is. Additionally the AP regen from KOC does not happen, if the enemy blocked my ability. I suggest that these two abilities are undefendable or at least KOC procs off the AP regen.

I dont find any reason keep on chopping should be undefendable but drop da basha is very critical skill and it's also pretty much stupid to block/parry a skill that is made to reduce block/parry...

No, just hit the enemy in the back, simple, further more when you hit with drop da basha and the slayer equivalent numbing strike you are not just making your attacks undefendable like rampage(which has counters) but you are reducing your targets parry/block to 0% meaning any attack on them is guaranteed to land undefended, making it undefendable would be op.

Keep on choppin is just like any other skill, not sure why this skill inparticular should be undefendable over any others.

50% reduction in current state is 0% as block rating on shields is very low and you reduce enemies chance to defend with your main damage stat, only time it isnt is when a tank has shield wall up.
