Appearance items

As we all (all most of us) know devs said that there won't be possibility of getting shield skin on WP books, weapon skins on tank shields etc. And that's normal, when we see dual wielding black orc we are starting to think it might be actually a choppa which would greatly influence rvr (especially for pugs as premades usually use addons to see details of the enemy and don't judge by appearance).
But there are several items which appearance doesn't correspond with the classes that might use it (for example hammers/spanner for dwarves and prolly more from other races). So my question is - does this items are supposed to be like that or should we report them as they shouldn't be used for appearance items.

I realize that these kind of items don't affect gameplay as much as chalice looking like sword but I was wondering if it's supposed to be like that or are we to report such items
