Have a launcher error (Yes I read thru the FAQ)

This window pops up after I hit connect on the launcher. No error is displayed and it merely stays locked in this window. Unsure of what to do.

Could be either C++ runtime isn't working properly or directx is acting up. Try updating/reinstalling them and also do a reboot.
