Black screen and 'Stopped working'

So, I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what's preventing WAR from running properly. I have ended all services that weren't necessary and I've quit all applications that were not native, and still I got the black screen.

I have, however, found a workaround. I've created a new user on my system and this user runs WAR fine. So I'm now just running the executable as that user (not logged in, but shift & right-click, run as different user).
Not the ideal solution, but at least I can finally play!
