okay so i uninstalled and redownloaded everything still same issue so i keep trying what helped you guys but now the connect button just greys out and just freezes on ror launcher???? wtf is going on.

Just chill out. There's some forums issues atm so there could be pbs with the game servers too. Just wait for a while. Go outside. Read a book. No need to freak out.

So seems to me im one of the few with this problem. dont talk to me like that when im asking for help on technical difficulties.

If your game worked and now you cant login. The FIRST thing your mind should come up with:

THE SERVER IS OFFLINE or has problems.

Especially if like 10 people answer you they have the same problem ... reinstalling would be a very premature action ...

its like you paint your car new cause it didnt start but you just run out of gas ...

in 99% of the cases when you were able to log in previously and didnt change your system, the problem is not on your behalf.

dont have any characters just downloaded game and launcher today and when i went to login it says account not active

Ah, OK. That's what confused me, I see your account was made in July 2015 but I couldn't find any characters on that account.

I would suggest changing your password in the user control panel, so it will push your account to the server. It may require a server restart for it to update before you can log in.
