There is an issue currently in the fact that THE set to have for all DPS classes is obtainable from SC emblems, which is relatively easy. I say relatively because obtaining annihilator for tanks/healers is near impossible even while participating in every ORvR battle you can. So while damage dealers will have their BiS gear, most tanks/healers will have one, maybe two pieces of annihilator and the rest devastator because grinding for ruin gear is a suicide aid. This means damage is increasing while the survivability of tanks and heal output of healers remains roughly the same.
The devs mentioned before that they wanted keeps to be the main source of anihilator(or medallion gear in general)but as it stands now unless you happen to be at a keep attack/defense that ends successfully and then get lucky enough to get a gold bag you're SOL.

Seeing the new accesories set from keeps (great addition!) perhaps they could make something similair in SC's? Accessories bought with emblems. Like the current make one of each spec (heal, mdps, caster, rdps and tank). 200 emblems each. Would help increase the healer / tank power even with the current Orvr issues.
