Can't enter game account

Same problem here. Starts about 30 min. ago
Still cant login. Black screen and "Searching for allies"

I'm having issue with the login, it goes black screen, "Locating battles" and Searching for allies". I waited for 30 min and i'm still stuck at there. Any help is appreciated.

same....im allowed to log in but then i got black window when it should go for searching servers,handshaking etc....not even servers option window i got...dont know what is happening as my guildies including my brother are all ingame....

Nothig change after replace. Its still "serching for allies" stuck

I create new account when problem start, and it seems work ok. But main is still broken

Try using a VPN to connect to the server. See if it'll connect that way.

Connection is ok, alternative account has no issue. The problem is only on main account

Could you try logging in that account while running the packet logger. Here's the download link for it. Log in the game as normal, and as soon as War.exe starts, run the packet logger as administrator. It will save a log file, which can you paste here or send me the file. Thanks.

Luncher is automatically down when u use packet logger.
I click connect, then use packet logger, and whole process is down automatically (trying on both account).
My friend check packet logger and he has same issue with it.
