Authentication error

I can't seem to run the game.

After I type in my user and pass, click connect the game starts and then crashes with the following error :

Authentication failed -- the application will now terminate.

Over and over again.

I've put the launcher next to .exe, I tried removing read only from the folder but it keeps coming back for some reason.

What do I do?

I've tried everything to stop it from coming back but it still does it.

I've downloaded the game through uTorrent, moved the file, renamed the file, everything I could.

You most likely has a program running at the same time that is preventing it. If you got any form of utility software from company's such as Asus etc, try stopping them and logging in again. Perform virus scans, malware scans and registry cleaner with Ccleaner also.

I don't run any utility softwares.

I ran a complete virus scan using Avast and a malware scan using malwarebytes, cleaned my whole system using CCleaner and I'm still receiving the same error.

I am losing hope. 5+ hours trying to solve this issue.

Does it work on any other system on your network?

its all the same story, u HAVE TO use VPN, cyber ghost working, connect to server then disconnect from VPN then u can choose char, pretty sick, hope someone will fix it one day.

dont forget to stay in que on free VPN for 5 minutes
