Sorry but i want to ask you if is possible that one person can have "Worldbreaker Band". To pick this ring is neccesary a tome unlock in cinderfall...if the zone is not working, how one WP with 2 anhi too...have the ring? Can anyone give me a reason?

Yesterday's changelog:

- Opened West Praag, Cinderfall and Death Peak areas. Please report any bugs you find in these areas while doing your tome unlocks.

It's possible that they found a way in, but it's irrelevant now, anyone can go into the zone to get the tome unlock. I tested it myself yesterday, the unlock works, but all you have to do is click the corpse, there's no mirror item in your bag that you have to click to make the basilisk appear.
