It's been a long time since I have played WAR like many others and for the life of me I have no clue what to do for quick leveling all I can remember is public quests and scenarios.

So my few questions are as follows...

What is the fastest way(s) to level? I would like examples and maybe a bit of a guide line on how to go about it.

What is the best way to obtain gear? Is it medal turn ins or...?

Is there any quests that I absolutely need to do if I find quick ways to level not involving quests?

I watched the youtube video guides that the admins posted but the guy's english is very hard to understand so it's not very helpful if there is any other videos or written guides it would be helpful. Thank you in advance

orvr/sc's if you are playin alone.
If you have friends go grind mobs or get someone to powerlevel you witch i dont recommend if you are new.

And finding gear in T4, PQ's or Orvr orsc's .
