cannot login : connection to server closed

To wrap up all information here:
-From Blackstar's computer: Login with another account is OK, but using his account leads to the described error
-From another computer: Login with another account is OK, but using his account leads to the described error. Note that we made the test from different countries (France and Japan) and we still get the same results. I think it is unlikely to be related to an IP or firewall issue.
-There is no actual error message, the server just closes the connexion just after sending the character list (looking at the log file)

As an additional information, after talking with him, it looks like the last time he disconnected his toon "konekko" he was RvR flagged in High Pass.

Sorry for pushing again the information, english not being our main language I just want to make sure that the information is well understand. This being said, I perfectly understand that this shouldn't be the priority, especially in this pre-T4 period, and we really appreciate the time the GM could spend on this issue.

Is not a problem with Server full . Yesturday not full and i can't log in ... this morning not full and i can't log in again .
Currently i can't log my Account Blackstar but i can log account of my wife after....
This problem persists 2 days...

I Have some free time, and cant login cause of server full some devs said "we will raise max online cap" - today is the time!

Sorry to bump this topic again, but since we are a group size guild the loss of one of our member really hurt us .

The original issue exists for about 1 week now. It's not really about the time elapsed or the fact that we'll have to wait more that hurts but rather not having any news. We start wondering if he should maybe start a new account and we shall help him level another toon.
We understand the alpha state of the server, and if it comes to be the last resort, we'll do it without complaining. However a quick world from the GM/devs about the problematic account would be nice. To be honest, restarting from scratch as we don't yet know if the issue is fixable or not is harder than doing it because we just have to

It depends on what the issue is they are having. If you can find out what the problem is, we can help.

A bugged character/account can likely be fixed.

The problem is that we cannot really find more information than what the OP (Blackstar) originally posted. He logs in, but right after the connexion to the servers and just before the character select, his client closes without any error.
As we also said in our previous posts, it doesn't look like his problem is related to his PC because we can reproduce it from ours and he can successfully connect using his wife's account. It really looks like it is a bug related to his account (or last character he logged in before the bug: Konekko) but we don't know how to help you guys out solving the issue. If you need us to do more testing please tell us and we'll do our best helping you out.
